Christmas 2020
Christmas is one of my MOST favorite times of year. Christmas is MAGICAL and it's way more than a day and time. It's more than a holiday. It's a time of giving and receiving (emphasis on giving), spending time with those we love, remembering Christmases gone by, and for many of us putting a special focus on the true meaning of Christmas, God's great love for us, and the birth of Jesus.
There's a reason you hear the phrase, "The Spirit of Christmas." To really appreciate Christmas a particular feeling is required. A particular attitude. A particular spirit.
Like many of you, our Christmas was different this year. Some because it was unavoidable, and others because they choose another gathering. What I have learned, however, is that Christmas still comes regardless of any situation. Because Christmas is more....than a day and time. It's more than a location. It's a spirit indeed.
As the years go by, I hold dear the times I spend with my family. Here are a few of my favorite photos from Christmas Eve.
